Support

FlockConnect support, from the person who built it

When you need help with FlockConnect, two doors are open. The help hub answers the common how-it-works questions on your own time, and email reaches a real person when you would rather just ask. Support is founder-led today, so the person reading your message is close to the product and the people it serves.

Start at the help hub

Most questions have a written answer already. The help hub walks through the things pastors set up first: bringing people in, keeping Planning Center in step, and how reminders and assessments work. It is the fastest way to get unstuck, and it is there whenever you have a few minutes.

Begin at the help hub, then open the guide that matches what you are doing. Each one is a plain explanation of how the feature works, not a sales page.

  • Planning Center sync: what stays in step, and how often
  • CSV import: bring people in from any other church management system
  • Member assessments: how a check-in is sent and read
  • SMS assessment reminders: the limited fallback after an email goes uncompleted
  • Calendar writeback: what generic detail an event carries

Guides for the things pastors set up first

These cover the moments where a clear walkthrough saves the most time. If your church runs on Planning Center, the sync guide explains what stays in step. If you are on another church management system, the CSV import guide shows how to bring your people in. The rest cover assessments, reminders, and calendar details.

If you read a guide and still have a question, that is exactly what email is for. A guide that leaves you guessing is something to tell us about.

Email a real person

When the help hub does not cover it, email support@flockconnect.com. Write what you were trying to do and what you saw, and a person will read it and reply. There is no ticket queue to navigate and no bot standing between you and an answer.

Support is founder-led right now, so replies come from someone who knows the product and cares how your church uses it. We are honest about the size of that: this is one team, not a 24-hour desk, and we answer as promptly as we honestly can rather than promising a clock we cannot keep.

Language: English to start

Support and the help hub are written in English today. Where a Spanish version of a guide has been reviewed and is complete, it is published alongside the English one, so you are never reading a rough machine translation passed off as finished.

More reviewed Spanish material is on the way as it is checked by native speakers. If a guide you need is English-only for now, email us and we will help you directly.

When you are still deciding

If you have not signed up yet and you are weighing FlockConnect, support questions are welcome all the same. You can email us, or if it would help to see the product walked through, ask for a demo and we will set that up.

FlockConnect adds the relational layer on top of the church management system your church already runs. It is priced by church size, with a free trial, so the people you serve are never the line item.
