Q: What exactly does Collie do — and not do?

Collie watches the whole flock: it reviews follow-ups, form responses, integration health, and new visitors, then drafts a short prioritized brief with a clear “Why.” It never sends a message, logs an interaction, or changes a record on its own — the whole brief waits for your approval.

Q: How long does setup take?

Most churches are up and running in an afternoon. Connect Planning Center or import a CSV, set who shepherds whom, and you'll have your first Mission Feed brief by the weekend.

Q: Do I pay per staff member?

Never. Pricing is based on church size, not seats — unlimited pastors, admins, and volunteer Care Partners on every plan. Children are excluded from the billing count by default.

Q: Is my church's data private and secure?

Yes. Data is hosted securely with encrypted credentials, permissions are role- and scope-aware, and notes carry plain-language visibility settings. You can export your data at any time, and Collie only ever uses the context you've allowed. Giving shows cadence only — never amounts.

Q: What do 'care contact,' 'attendance,' and 'giving cadence' actually measure?

Each ring is a plain rule your church owns. Care contact: someone reached out recently (default: within 30 days, 2+ times a quarter). Attendance: seen recently and regularly (default: within 2 weeks, 6+ times a quarter). Groups & ministries: part of at least one group or team. Network: about seven real friendships is where people stay. Giving cadence: only whether the rhythm of giving has gone quiet — never amounts, and only visible to staff you permit. The defaults are a starting point — they're stored per church so they can be calibrated to your congregation.

Q: Is FlockConnect available in Spanish?
